Siargao Travel Guide (Bisaya Vlog)

Whats up. Homies! So our vlog right now is is a throwback video regarding of our
siargao excursion for the past 4 years and then actually the reason why im vlogging this right now is my travel buddy which is in my side we spent 5 days in siargao and 4 days rent a motor bike i didnt expect that we work together here in turks and caicos and at the same time he’s the one who always with me when i travel across philippines which is in Cebu most of the time we’re making the video, its been for 4 years since we’ve been to Siargao that time is super clean, solemn, not so crowded, minimal restaurants then, you can really notice the island feels it means the place is virgin i can’t forget every single day we wake up so early at 6am we start early so we can feel the fresh air, no traffic its like the air is conditioned in the morning so that we can catch the sunrise thats why we want to start early at 6am sunset, your so advanced man! how many days is that man? our vacation? we start from Cebu to Surigao City because flight direct to Siargao Island is expensive so we save up money base on our flights our airfare is 1.7k pesos am i right? its 1.3k pesos only each back and forth just 1.3k pesos each back and forth (Philippine Money) but bound from Cebu to Surigao Airport from Surigao City seaport to Siargao Island its been 180 pesos each ferry ride going to the island you can load your motor bike by the ferry going to the island and also if you load up your car, big cars for example going to Siargao Island as well then the advantage is that his cousin (edu’s cousin) which is rej they had a business which is accommodation he’s the one who’s capable of short errands with us within the island for us to inquire accommodation, restaurants tourist spots which is affordable which has the island has to offer like a package within our trip during our stay in the island, first day we look for we dont check for exclusive and expensive resorts/accommodations it was just 500 pesos per day/night because usually, in the morning and in the day we travel, so we just stay in the accommodation to rest and sleep it’s like we stay at a homestay type of accommodation and the rent owner of the accommodation is oldies they’re like grandparents at the same time they have a pumpboat for the purpose for fishing and island hopping so our last day, which is day 5 is we do the island hopping trip and save more expenses with them we gave our gratitude towards their goodness if who they we’re actually, i forgot their names but if ever we come back to Siargao we try our best to check for them if they’re still there and hopefully they are complete and well so that we can visit them (the oldies/rent owners) they just said that if we able to come back next time, all are free. do you remember? yeah! what we promise to them is that we have our wives to bring but its nothing yet so [LOL] still the same grandies, (ashdkjasdjsah!) [local word joke] [LOL] but we promise to visit them because still we remember the place you had the picture in the place still? i just remember yeah, yeah! they live near the center of the surfing spot in the island then after that, our first day we look for accommodation and we had our short errands with the place and then, in the 2nd day that time we start our surfing session which is so memorable so many freaking mistakes but at least we experienced the feeling of surfing (we enjoyed our surf a lot) its like i feel suddenly nervous although we had experienced longboarding before wayback in Cebu but this time, its different to use a surf board to ride yeah, its different the feeling is different its like, it feels so good yeah, i agree! still a newbie you need a trainer since its dangerous because of the strong wave current especially in shallow waters and rough waves its not advisable if you go for solo and still a newbie, you need a partner or a trainer because they are the ones who guide in everything you do like how to balance how to to continue to ride in the waves yeah we never regret going to Siargao Island for the first time we do really love to come back and with my previous vlogs, i choose Siargao as top 1 destination its because for me, the island is all in package to offer it has everything like falls, beach, rivers, outdoor experience which is surfing, unique caves scenic roads while road tripping the coconut trees, palm trees which is so nice! the reason behind the island called the palm island is that the island is abundant of coconut trees (Isla del Palma) kudos to the Siargao locals because they maintain the cleanliness once a year the tourist spots of Siargao will be close in a month for renovation really? cleaning and order, yup! thats why i salute the Siargao locals because they are responsible and not looking to earn more they think on how to maintain the island and preserve 3rd day is side trippin to Magpupungko Rock Pools we do the cliff jumping, its nice to jump in the cliffs and especially in low tide you witness how clear the water is soo green and even the corals beneath if in low tide the great thing in the place is like a swimming pool even in low tide its like a round pool you can cliff jump everywhere even in low tide because its deep above 10 feet vertical estimated height that is the highest cliff jump i ever done man! no its not its the canyoneering but in sea water thats the highest i jumped thats the most its like your breath will you feel suppressing an irresistible moment and after that we went to Taktak Falls its nice! even its not like other big ass waterfalls but it is so far man! how many hours is that? your comfortable because the deep part is in a small area so you can still manage to swim properly 1 hour its an hour road trip from General Luna proper its insane using a motor bike so we rent a motorcycle motor bike [LOL] around, 500 pesos per day so its worth it since you can tour the island everywhere in a day thats the usual rate of renting a motor bike in Siargao you can please for a discount, around 400 pesos it depends really 400? do we had a discount that time? its because the owner of the motorbike is affiliated with the accommodation owner if foreigners 500 pesos up, but for locals or Filipino its 300 or 400 pesos. yeah yeah right, correct. they agree the only tip that i can tell you is be friendly to locals its because they are responsible in regards to advice and what are the do’s and dont’s and then thay are the ones who teach you which is good, what the first thing to do that is why be friendly to locals, thats my best tip if ever you want to tour anywhere then if you want to travel, search first for vlogs in youtube and google in order to check what is the situation in Siargao what is the best month to travel there especially October since its Surfing season big waves, so although its crowded but you can witness how beautiful Siargao Island is the activities, the fun is in that month (October) at the same time, there is night life, for real the island has a lot to offer like a package deal, disco everything! everywhere there no such word called (boring) if i were able not to come home anymore in Cebu, ill stay there if its okay its everything i need in there! so the 4th day is its our Island Hopping thats the best part of the entire trip its because instead its just 3 islands it becomes 4 islands, its because the boatman are the same rent owner and we know each other a lot already the 4th island is like a private marine sanctuary it includes in the video that ill show you later right after this conversation its all in there what we’ve been tackle about, way back 4 years ago whats in Siargao we save up a lot in that island hopping its because they’re the same accommodation owner and boatman so, they can feel that its like we are close to each other supposed to be we desired to travel that island even its far and not on the package tour we go there for purpose of we are friends already with the owners at the same time we feed and talk to them while hopping in the islands thats the idea how we saved regarding on the island hopping trip they are glad and happy they meet us they gave us extra service which is supposed to be that island is not included in the package what they said is that if we ever come back again in their place maybe we are free for the next time but hopefully they’re okay, since its been a long time and they’re are old already i wonder if they are still alive then, i hope so thats what we are praying and hoping for and thats it it’s composed of 8 minutes video, what were talking all about here with this guy here and his cousins which is they are in Siargao right now having a business which is (Jonas & Twins Resort) yes, they had a resort already. and yeah! it is Jonas & Twins Resort (Siargao) and yeah thats it! finish talking if you enjoyed but not it depends on you [LOL] respect & thank you friends and homies! stay tune for more , hopefully this year we are able to visit Siargao again and were vlogging this again we really missed Siargao! its all worth it! so, Lets Go!
