Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu’s healing tour to Ganghwado Island Part.1[Battle Trip/2019.05.26]

(Numerous great tips on trips) (Kim Sook, Sung Sikyung) (Lee Hweejae, Juhaknyeon) Travel is war. Battle Trip. Hello! Our special host is Juhaknyeon of The Boyz! – Good to see you! / – Welcome. Best we The Boyz! Hello! I’m Juhaknyeon of The Boyz. I’m a big fan of the show. I’ve only watched the show on TV, and to be here is such an honor. I’m also from Jeju-do. You’re from Jeju-do? That’s right. NU’EST and SHINHWA went to… – Jeju-do on the show last year. / – Right. I saw that episode and it was unfortunate… The good places weren’t shown? My favorite… – Hidden gems. / – Restaurants… They didn’t go there. So if I was to take the trip, I’d show you all. You should go. That would be great. There’s something we need to find out before we start. – We had our 3-year anniversary special. / – Right. And the hosts all took trips. – That’s right. / – We made a bet to see… – Who would get the most likes… / – Likes. – On our social media page. / – Yes. – The last place pays for something, right? / – Yes. – Snacks. / – The last place pays for snacks. I took a trip with my wife. – It seemed nice. / – We went to Tongyeong. I don’t think we’ll get the last place. I don’t think my trip will be last. When I was eating with Lee Seyeong… That’s when our show got the best viewer ratings. That’s what I heard. Seyeong sure could eat. She ate my leftover rice. The sweet and sour pork with chives looked good. – Yeah, that was good. / – Yeah, that looked good. But I think the Yeosu soup… – Was really hot on social media. / – Right. It was the most searched as well. – I’m confident. / – I see. – Juhaknyeon, you have the results? / – Yes. Really? I have something amazing in my hands. What is it? What could it be? I’ll reveal the trip that got the most likes. Okay. The trip that the viewers most want to go on is… Sikyung’s trip to Yeosu. (Sikyung’s trip to Yeosu got 1,286 likes) Congratulations. So the big question is, who got last? – Alright. / – Alright. The last place is… The trip with the least likes that will treat the audience to snacks is… – Likes. / – It’s… – It’s… / – It’s? – It’s… / – It’s? Sook’s trip to Dangjin. – It’s me? / – Oh, dear! Me? – It’s me? / – Oh, dear… – Yes. / – What are you talking about? Seyeong and I… I thought it was a good trip. – Sorry, but… / – Yes. Buy the snacks. What’ll it be? Fine. I’ll buy the snacks. The sweet and sour pork with chives… – One plate per person would be great. / – Yes. How can they eat sweet and sour pork here? I called… I had a bad feeling. I called them… – And they don’t deliver. / – They don’t deliver. Because they’d have to bring 100 plates. – So then what? / – So… I brought something Seyeong loved. She ate it in one bite. I brought cream bread! (100 cream bread are here) (Welcoming vigorously) Enjoy. – Enjoy. / – Enjoy. I have a tip. If you have a big mouth, just tear it in half and stuff it in your mouth. Don’t take small bites. Get a big mouthful. It tastes better that way. (Startled) Is it good? It’s really good. It’s really good if you get a big mouthful. Let’s take a look at the trips. This week’s theme is domestic island trips. Trips to islands? This is the second domestic island special. We had trips to Wando and Yokjido last year. Korea actually has around 3,000 islands. That’s a lot. We have so many islands, so we’re having another island special. Let’s see what islands we’re going to. We’ll have to bring in the trip planners. It’s an idol special! – Trip planners, come on out! / – Come on out! (Onehm and Jobin of Norazo) (Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu of TWICE) It’s an idol special today. TWICE is a very well-known group. Norazo, you guys are really busy too, right? Yes, it’s strange being on an idol special. May is the month of performances and festivals. Right. – We’re like idols in our genre too. / – Sure. I was going to tell TWICE how radiant they look. But you guys are more radiant. Such unique outfits. (They’re really radiant today) Idols have to work in Korea, but they also do a lot of work abroad. They get to go to so many countries… But they don’t know anything. It’s just hotel, concert venue and airport. They don’t actually get time to travel. We’ve never taken a proper trip since we debuted. I bet it was hard to plan a trip with no trip planning experience. Yes, we got to plan a trip through this show. That was our first time doing that. Have you two traveled together? Aside from on this show. – I don’t think so. / – No. I used to be with E Hyuk. He’s a man of little words. But he talks more than I do. Which is a good thing, but also unfamiliar. Onehm talks a lot? More than you’d think. – Really? / – You’ll be shocked. Really? Jobin, I’m really curious about what you wear when you travel. – First of all… / – Those cans on your head. It’s a relief that they’re empty. Of course. Or else they’d be heavy. The studio lights are bright up here. These cans are like radiators. My head is starting to feel hotter. The shoot just started. I wonder if I can make it through the shoot. Let’s hurry then. It’s fun though… This is our second domestic islands special. Norazo, what island did you guys go to? – The island you need virtue to go to! / – Which one? – The island that’s hard to get to! / – Which one? – The island with a lot of waves! / – Which one? We went to Ulleungdo! (Ulleungdo) – Have you been to Ulleungdo? / – No. – Never. / – You’ve never been? – Ulleungdo? / – Never? – Really? / – Ulleungdo… It’s really nice, isn’t it? It really is. I didn’t think you could find water that clean in Korea. – I was shocked. / – For real. Ulleungdo is on my bucket list every year. But it’s not like I can go because I want to go. (Hard to get to, but beautiful, Ulleungdo) (Radiant indigo sea) (Beautiful nature still preserved) Norazo went to Ulleungdo. Where did TWICE go? We went on a one-day trip you can plan and go on the next day. – I love one-day trips. / – To where? The fourth biggest island in Korea. We went to Ganghwado! That place is really hot these days. Ganghwado is really hot on social media for the pretty cafes people take photos at. Most of those photos are from Ganghwado. I’m not interested in cafes, but they have a lot of good restaurants. – They do. / – The food… There’s a fun activity there these days. Did you go on that? – Yes. / – We did. That’s on my bucket list too. (Energetic activities) (Pretty spring flowers) (The beach, good restaurants, a hot place) It’s Ganghwado versus Ulleungdo. Ulleungdo versus Ganghwado. – The battle of east versus west. / – You’re right. Please be fair in your voting. Where should we go first? Let’s see Ganghwado first. TWICE. Should we say it together? The Young Crew Spring Tour! Let’s watch it! (Korea’s hottest girl group, TWICE) (Youngest members Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu) Wow, what’s that? That looks like fun. This feels so therapeutic already. (A cheerful one-day trip to an island) When I go on a trip, I like to take photos. They’re at the age to take a lot of photos. (Adorable photographer Dahyun) (Yikes!) I like her reactions. Chaeyoung has great reactions. Wow, she has a big mouth. (Flawless proportions) Look at her punch! Punching that while smiling is a bit scary. (Tzuyu has a lot of hidden sides) – The! / – Young! Crew! – Spring Tour! / – Spring Tour! They’re having so much fun. Should we say hello first? 1, 2, 3. – One in a million. / – One in a million. – Hello, we’re TWICE. / – Hello, we’re TWICE. We’re the youngest members. The Young Crew. And we’re finally going on our first trip together. (The first trip for The Young Crew) We don’t have a lot of time, so it’ll have to be a one-day trip. Yeah, you could go farther with more time. I want to go somewhere I’ve never been to. Near Seoul… – Wow, immediate results. / – Wow, so fast. An island? Nami Island. I bet a lot of couples will be there. – Seokmodo? / – For Seokmodo… Seokmodo is nice too. You have to pass through Ganghwado. Hey, isn’t Ganghwado nice? – Ganghwado? / – No need to take a boat. You just have to cross a bridge. This looks like the closest place too. An hour away. – Should we go to Ganghwado? / – Yeah. How does that sound? – Ganghwado. / – Yeah. How do we get there? Probably by car. If it’s a trip abroad, we could take a taxi tour. What’s that? You just rent a taxi and ride that for the entire trip. I thought that was a good idea. Taxi tours are really famous in Taiwan. – And they’re cheap. / – I see. They have that in Korea too. (The place The Young Crew will take a taxi tour!) (A nearby island you can get to by bridge) (A place where history is still alive) So pretty. (A place where the setting sun looks beautiful) This is it. – Wow, that looks like fun. / – This is it. What’s this? (Things to enjoy) I want to ride that. (Things to do) (And plenty to eat) – What’s that? / – That looks good. What did I just see? It was eye-opening. (Plenty to see, do and eat) (Ganghwado is a great place for a one-day trip) The Young Crew’s Spring Tour! (TWICE is excited) For this morning… Ta-da! (Planner) I’m the planner. I’ll wear this… – And lead us… / – Dahyun will lead the tour. I led the tour in the morning. – And the rest of them… / – Okay, this is Dahyun. We’ll take a taxi and cross Choji Bridge. We’re going to go take a taxi now. – Here we go. / – Go! Let’s go. Taxi. – Hello. / – Hello. – $150 for a day. / – $150 for a day. That’s not bad. $150 split 3 ways. – That’s not so bad. / – Yeah. – That’s right. / – Just $50 per person. (The Young Crew Spring Tour starts!) I’ve never been to Ganghwado. We came a few times to shoot. That was for work. This is our first time going for fun. Yeah, we’ve never gone for fun. (Trips always get you excited) (The Young Crew Spring Tour of Ganghwado) That’s a lot. Tzuyu is the afternoon planner. (6 days before the trip) (How do I look?) (Awkward) This is embarrassing to watch. Watching this is… She tried to get in position. We have to start with breakfast. (Doing an internet search) Hey, this place looks good. This place is so pretty. A rainbow cake? A strawberry cake? Eating sweets relieves stress. We’ll eat some sweets in the morning and start our trip happily. (Morning class by Dahyun) (Brunch cafe) (A 30-minute car ride to the brunch cafe) Don’t you usually see an attraction before eating? You guys are going straight to the food. We were hungry. We’re almost here, guys. – I bet you’re excited. / – Yes! Oh, we’re here. – We’re here! / – We’re here. Where are we? This is a cafe. (A popular brunch cafe in Ganghwado) Ganghwado has so many pretty cafes. – It was really pretty. / – Yes. The view was great. We got here before the flowers started blooming. It was early April so the flowers weren’t in bloom. This is the perfect time to see the daisies in bloom. Right. Now is the best time. – It’d be nicer if we come when it’s warmer. / – Yeah. – Do you all like the place? / – Start. – Yes. / – It’s nice. I’m hungry! I’m hungry. Aren’t you excited about eating some good food? You’re talking all weird as the planner. (She feels the pressure as the planner) – You’re being weird. / – I smell bread. Bread? – It smells good. / – This place is really famous. Why is it so big? – It’s so big. / – High ceilings too. The bread here was really good. (A sunny and open space) They’re famous for their croissants and desserts. Tzuyu, you love bread and pastries. Yeah. Wow, that looks great. It’s your lucky day, Tzuyu. – First… / – First… (Telepathy) First… – A croissant. / – I’ll choose. Are you rapping? (Tzuyu boldly makes her first choice) Doesn’t that look great? – Chocolate croissants… / – I want to eat it again. – You like bread, right? / – That looks good. – Yes, I love bread. / – It was so good. (Tzuyu picks a bunch of pastries) – You’re getting too many. / – Yeah. They have two full trays. Delicious bread has zero calories. Now what? What do we do? We’ll just try a bite of everything. Alright, okay. This should be fine. These look great. This is like… This! (What catches their eyes?) This! Wow, that looks so good. The 45 pie… – 45? / – It’s 45cm long. It looks good. I can see Tzuyu really likes pastries. Tzuyu loves bread and pastries. – Yeah. / – She loves that stuff. It looks good. Such a heavy breakfast. We should order drinks too. One cream cold brew, one chocolate cream cold brew and one almond cream cold brew. (Sweet cream coffee in assorted flavors) (A big spread) – You’re eating all of that? / – That’s a lot. Isn’t that for 6 people? (1 coffee and 3 pastries per person) – Wow, outside. / – So pretty. (Moved) I already trust you, Dahyun. Thanks. I want to eat now. Should we drink this? – Try it. / – There’s no straw. We have to just drink it. (Tries a sip of coffee) – You got foam on you! / – It’s really good. How do I look? I’ll take a photo. (So adorable) You have to take a photo of that. Right. I got a lot on me, didn’t I? That looks kind of gross. Try to look pretty. She said it looked gross. (Gross…) – That’s great. / – Tone it down. I’ve never seen that side of her. So cute. You can’t get it done nicely like that drama. It’s too much. (They have so much fun with just coffee) – Gosh. / – So sweet. Chaeyoung, get some foam on you. You look cute. – She does look cute. / – She did it well. – She’s just a cute person. / – Right. It’s not the foam. She’s at the age to be cute. Can we eat now? (Excited) Let’s eat. I’m eating. I’m going to try this. Should I cut it? (She’s the oldest in this group) I want to try the strawberry first. I like chocolate, so I’ll eat this. 1, 2, 3. – Cheers! / – Cheers! (Yummy) This place is worth coming to. It’s so good. How should we cut this? You have to hold it. With a glove on? Gosh, look at her with the glove on. They gave us a glove to cut the pastries. I messed it all up. – I want to eat that again. / – What’s that? Gosh, look at the layers. My gosh. Try it. (She get a big piece on her fork) The glove… All that in one bite? It’s like Tzuyu made it. (Big bite) (She really does eat like she loves pastries) That looks great. (Big bite) How is it? Good? – Try some. / – It’s good? It’s good? (Thinking of words) I need to learn more Korean. Just how good was it? Should we try this one this time? That’s so funny. – Wearing a glove to cut it. / – Yeah. I thought she was making rice balls. With chicken feet. Should we try this one this time? The cream oozes out. So much cream. The chocolate one looks amazing. This is too big. I don’t know how to eat this. In one bite. – This in one bite? / – Yeah. (She tries a bite of the pie) (Crunch) That sound! (What was with that sound?) – That’s… / – ASMR. (Crunch) That really is like ASMR. – Is it good? / – Yeah. – It has chocolate and banana. / – I want to try that. It’s a good combination. This is a banana. So it has a banana in it. Banana and chocolate go great together. I’m eating this in one bite. She sure loves pastries. (In one bite) (Wow) Guys, was that really that impressive? You have a big mouth, Tzuyu. (Let me tell you about Tzuyu…) (Even when she’s with the other girls) (She’s happiest when eating pastries) (Make sure to give her a big bite) Tzuyu, you don’t like taking small bites? Always big bites? – It tastes better if you eat like that. / – Yes. – She knows how to enjoy pastries. / – Yeah. Somethings just taste better in big bites. Big mouthfuls. Then you chew through it. Wow. You sure can eat. – You can eat. / – The pastry killer. I’m full now. The flowers aren’t in bloom now, but they’ll be in bloom in May. – I want to come back here. / – Yeah. I want to come back here. What I’ve prepared next is… – What is it? / – I’ll give you a hint. It could be a bit scary. But you guys will be fine riding this. – It’s a ride? / – Yeah. We love rides. That’s why I prepared this for you two. I’m excited! Thanks, girls! I hope you get really excited! We should do something active. The Luge sounds good. I think the Luge sounds good. The Luge. It’s the longest course in Asia. – The longest in Asia? / – Yes. Doesn’t this look like fun? I think I’d have fun with Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. Or maybe it’s too scary. It could be scary for me. It might be a bit scary, but I’ll ride this too because I know the other girls will like it. (Morning class by Dahyun) (1,800m Luge) You can control the speed yourself. You can hit the brakes. You can control it. – It’s 1.8km? / – When we were eating… I said I prepared this for you two. It’s a ride. Try to guess what it is. – It’s a ride? / – Have we ever been on this before? Yeah, in Singapore. (An extreme sport in Singapore) Yeah, this was on our show. (Now the Luge can be enjoyed near Seoul) (Jaw-dropping!) Wow, so many. (The Luge is an unmotorized sled) The biggest course in Asia. Wow. (Great for all ages) (Speed) (Thrill) ($12 on weekdays, $15 on weekends) First-time riders. This should be fun! There are different types of helmets. I want pink. Pink is for kids. But I bet it’ll fit you, Chaeyoung. Right? (Let me try) (The children’s size is a perfect fit) Your head is so small, Chaeyoung. (Dahyun tries a children’s helmet) (Perfect fit) (Dahyun and Chaeyoung are wearing pink) – Should I wear a pink one too? / – Yeah. I bet it’ll fit. A pink one. Red looked good on her. They had children’s sizes and adult sizes for each color. Different colors for different sizes. How cute. We’re like children. The Young Crew children. You wouldn’t need a helmet, Jobin. – Yeah. / – I might not fit into one. This is really exciting, being on this thing. You take a cable car up? Since it’s 1.8km. – It’ll be pretty when the flowers in bloom. / – Looks fun. Wow! There they go. – It’s so long. / – Yeah. We’re going up far. It’s pretty fast. There are 9 of us, but it’s just us 3. It feels a bit empty. – It’s noisier with all 9. / – Yeah. – We talk a lot more. / – And more chaotic. But with just us, things feel calmer. We’re here. Already? (They carefully get off the gondola) Wow! I can see everything! Since it’s up high, the view was amazing. The view. You can even see the ocean. This is so refreshing. I think it would be nice to come here when the city feels too confined. Wow! (Feeling great) This is great. As we feel the wind. (Enjoying the breeze) – The breeze. / – We ride that? – Before we do, let’s take a photo. / – Okay. (Ready) Try to look excited. 1, 2, 3. So exciting! I checked my photos. I’m not exaggerating but I took like 1,000 photos that day. – Really? / – Yes. – 1,000? / – I took so many. 1, 2, 3. (The Young Crew Spring Tour) Should we ride them now? (Excited) There’s a height requirement. Can you see if I’m tall enough? There’s a height limit. – You have to be at least 120cm tall. / – Okay, pass. Okay. Okay. She’s really tall. – Go! / – They can all ride it. This is our first time riding this, so we should race. Make the winner look good in a photo? The last place has to look weird in the photo. – Okay, got it. / – Okay. I feel like it’s going to be me! – It was my idea… / – But before that… – I have a bad feeling about this. / – Let’s try… – I think I’m going to lose. / – To be safe. I should warm up my face muscles. Let’s be safe, guys. But before that, let’s try to be safe. – Yeah. / – Let’s be safe, guys. Got it. We have camera friends too. Camera friends… Hi, camera friends. Careful. Here come the girls. The battle of the girls. (Bring it! Fierce baby lion, Chaeyoung) (I’m going to win! Goddess Tzuyu) I think Chaeyoung is going to win. – Me? / – Since you’re fearless. (I’ll show you what speed is! Planner Dahyun) (Wow) Why did we do that? We were so excited. Is this easy for first-timers? Yes, you get safety training. How to go and stop. We practiced all that. So it’s easy for first-timers too. Let me explain the safety rules first. (Start, finish) Shall we go now? Go! Go! (They all start at the same time) (Tzuyu takes the lead) Wow, that’s pretty fast. So fast. It looks fast. (Chaeyoung and Dahyun chase right behind) (Dahyun races ahead at a corner) Dahyun has a driver’s license. Right. So refreshing. (The lead keeps changing) Nice weather. Nice view. (As Dahyun enjoys the view) (Tzuyu pulls ahead) (Later, Dahyun) Girls! (Tzuyu is now in the lead from being last) Tzuyu! (They enjoy the Luge without Dahyun) It’s fun if you go fast. Yes, you need to feel the speed. It’s really fast. (Chaeyoung and Tzuyu enjoy the speed) (They’re pretty far apart from Dahyun) (It feels like something is missing…) Is Dahyun even coming down? – They can’t hear her. / – Dahyun passed by. Where is Dahyun? (Meanwhile, Dahyun is…) She’s enjoying the view. Yes. – I was enjoying the view. / – Even though she’ll lose. Right. Keep a safe distance. Keep a safe distance. Even if I’m slow, it’s best to be safe. I really loved how I could enjoy the speed and the view. It was really nice. (The other two are almost at the finish line) Go, go, go, go, go. (Chaeyoung is right behind Tzuyu) (Tzuyu is way ahead of Chaeyoung) It’s really long. Yes. It’s still not over. – What is it? / – What’s Tzuyu doing? Is she braking? (What happened to Tzuyu?) What is it? What’s wrong? (Chaeyoung takes the lead) – What is it? / – She just passed her after asking. (Time to take the lead) You didn’t stop to check on her. She just rode right by her. She didn’t stop to check. She just passed her laughing. “What is it?” She didn’t stop. She kept going. 1st place! (She crossed the finish line) – She’s laughing. / – I’m here! (Chaeyoung finished 1st) So cute. I won. Tzuyu just stopped in the middle. Now you’re worried? Tzuyu stopped. Should I check on her? – Is she eating pastries? / – Yeah. Even if I stop here, Dahyun won’t pass me. I’m not worried about that. I think I’m going to be last. Or maybe it’s too scary. It could be scary for me. I think I’m going to lose. I’ll just enjoy the ride. Fancy! Here she comes. I think Dahyun is going to lose. (So obvious) (Who will finish 2nd?) Tzuyu. Isn’t Tzuyu going to finish 2nd? (Huh?) What is it? Huh? What happened? Huh? What happened? (Dahyun arrives 2nd) Why? (Hehe, I got 2nd) How are you 2nd? Tzuyu stopped in the middle. (Why did Tzuyu finish last?) (Tzuyu was in 1st) Hey, the camera. If it wasn’t for the camera… – Tzuyu would’ve been 1st. / – Right. (Gets the right shot) She wanted to film herself. (Respect) – This deserves applause. / – Yeah. It was facing the wrong way. (The camera started facing the wrong way) (She fixes the angle) She wanted to fix the angle. I bet the staff really appreciated that. (Dahyun sees Tzuyu ahead of her) Hey, what’s going on, Tzuyu? – Oh, no! / – What happened? She just passed her by. Yeah! 2nd place! (That’s how Dahyun finished before Tzuyu) Let’s go, Tzuyu! My camera friend… It wasn’t facing me. Alright, good job. Tzuyu gets the punishment. Chaeyoung finished 1st… – So you make a pretty face. / – Okay. – I’ll look ugly for you. / – Tzuyu gets the punishment. 1, 2, 3. (Why is Dahyun making a face too?) Those are ugly faces? For TV… You could’ve made uglier faces. You should’ve gone all out. That’s not good enough. (1st and last place) Thanks, Tzuyu! This is a good one. Nice. (Tzuyu did her punishment right) Let’s try to look pretty in this one. 1, 2, 3. – Like that. / – Gosh. They took 1,000 photos that day. So cute! Thank you. Let’s go eat! – Let’s go eat! / – Let’s go! Spicy beef noodle soup. That sounds good. It was really good. I searched for good places to eat in Ganghwado and this place got the most results. – Should we order now since we’re hungry? / – Yeah. This place is known for their spicy beef noodle soup. Let’s order one… That stuff is good. You’ve tried spicy beef soup, right? I don’t think so. – You haven’t tried it? / – Right. Anything else? Sesame noodle soup or noodle soup with clams. What would be better? – For me… / – They’re so different. – I like sesame. / – Sesame for you. Because the other one is spicy. Something to alleviate that. Then we’ll get the sesame… – Yeah. / – Noodles. This family set looks like a good deal. What is it? – Nice. / – I want that! The family set looks good. One family set and can we get the spicy beef noodle soup and the sesame noodles? – Spicy beef and sesame? / – Yes. – Thank you. / – Thank you. You can choose from a bunch of noodle soup menus? Yes. They have dough flakes and noodles. You can pick and choose? Yes. They make the dough flakes themselves. I bet they’re chewy. – I thought I wouldn’t be hungry. / – Me too. But I’m hungry. – We ate so much. / – Yeah. Where did all that bread go? I don’t know where our breakfast went. We ate so many pastries for breakfast, but we were hungry again after the Luge. People that love pastries always have room… – For an actual meal. / – Right. That’s true. Have you tried spicy beef soup, Tzuyu? No, I haven’t tried that. – Really? Never once in Korea? / – Right. It’s spicy with a red broth. I love the ingredients in spicy beef soup. That looks so good. It’s all about the green onions. The sweetness from the green onions. Spicy, yet refreshing. I think it’ll be delicious. Spicy beef soup is delicious, but I bet it’ll be even better with noodles. (The food finally arrives) This looks so good. Spicy beef noodle soup! (Spicy beef noodle soup) I like that family set! Gosh! (A treat for the eyes and mouth) (Family set for four, $40) 4 to 5 people could eat that family set. – Right? / – Yes. – Thank you for the food. / – Thank you! (Red broth and a lot of toppings!) (How will the spicy beef noodle soup taste?) (Yum!) She’s not faking that. (Yum!) It’s spicy. Spicy, yet really refreshing. This is so good. When you eat it with rice, it’s just soup with rice. But this reminds me of spicy seafood noodles. – Rice and noodles are different. / – Yes. It’s kind of spicy. It isn’t that spicy to me. It’s got a slight kick. It’s kind of spicy for me. (I find this too spicy too) (Perfect for people that love spicy foods!) (Frowning because it’s so good) Some of the other girls like spicy foods. – Too bad they’re not here. / – Yeah. (Yet she goes straight for the food) I bet you thought of the other members a lot. (This dish made them forget the other girls!) (Made with just ground sesame seeds) Sesame noodles. – It was so good. / – Really? Wow. – It looks thick. / – It looks… That stuff disappears before you even notice. – Right. / – Yeah. You can’t stop eating it. Yeah, it goes down so easily. (This is for me) (Slurps) The sesame is nice and savory. I’ve never tried sesame noodles. She has trouble saying “sesame.” Sesame. – Sesame noodles. / – Her pronunciation… This is good. It tastes… It tastes good. It’s healthy… It tastes healthy. I like how they all eat well. (Hey! This taste!) That stuff is always good. It’s like the cream pasta of Korea. – Yeah. / – Right. You’re right. For people that can’t handle spicy food like me, they should eat the sesame noodles after the spicy beef noodle soup to cool your mouth. (A perfect combination) The dumplings were really good too. (These dumplings were made in house) Dumplings… You’re used to dumplings, right, Tzuyu? – Yes, I’ve had a lot of dumplings. / – You like them? (She smiles as soon as she takes a bite) How’s the dumpling? A lot of filling. Inside… – They make those themselves. / – It’s thin. They were about to burst. Gosh! (These two are loving the dumplings) – Gosh. / – She sure can eat. – She likes to eat. / – Chaeyoung can eat. She takes big bites. (These two are loving the dumplings) (She drops her food) Acorn jelly. That’s really cute. (It’s hard to eat acorn jelly) She hasn’t eaten a single piece. Use your spoon, Tzuyu. It’s easier. Why is this so good? The acorn jelly? (They make their own jelly too) They made that themselves. (Tossed with veggies) Acorn jelly, dumplings, dough flakes… – They make everything themselves. / – Yes. I bet that’s good. (Tangy and fresh acorn jelly) They make their own acorn jelly and acorn pancakes. I’ve tried acorn jelly, but not acorn pancakes. (They all want some) – That pancake looks delicious. / – This is cheating. This is rough. Wow, she sure can eat. (Delicious) (Wow) Chaeyoung, did you starve a few days before this? I ate so much. Is that how much you usually eat? I don’t usually eat that much, but on that day… – Sook, you seem impressed. / – Yes. She’s pretty good. You need to hang out with me more. You’re like me. (A strong new player in the eating world) The noodles are great, but this pancake is delicious. How is it good? (Flustered) That’s hard. If you’re curious, try coming here. This is acorn, not buckwheat. So it’s chewier. And just like buckwheat, it isn’t heavy. – It’s thin, so it’s easy to eat. / – Yeah. – Everything is good. / – Yeah. – These could all be main dishes. / – Yeah. You two sure can eat. It’s so good. I can’t stop eating. (They kept eating for a while) They stop talking in front of the food. We don’t talk much when we eat. That’s talking a lot for us. I’m happy to see you both enjoying the food. I love how much you’re enjoying this. Yeah? This is all I planned for today. That was great. Seriously. What’s next? I planned what’s next. (The next planner is Tzuyu) Going back to the bakery? (Flustered) That’s not a bad idea. Dahyun planned up to lunch. – Shouldn’t we get dessert afterward? / – See? See? See? Pastries again. I knew it. – A footbath cafe. / – Going for more pastries? A footbath cafe? A footbath cafe? You can bathe your feet and enjoy the view. We do a lot of dance practice. Our legs get swollen. This should alleviate that and we get a view of the sea. It should be therapeutic. (The Young Crew Spring Tour in Ganghwado) (Afternoon class by Tzuyu) (Footbath cafe) (Ganghwado) (A 32-minute car ride to the footbath cafe) – Follow me! / – Okay! That’s what they say in the army. “Follow me.” “Do not get distracted.” “Just face forward.” (Teasing) It smells great in here. It used to be a vacation home, but they remodeled it into a cafe. (Time to enjoy their footbaths) You can add bath bombs to your footbath. You can each pick one. What would you like? – So they have that too. / – You can pick… – What you want. / – That sounds nice. – For a date. / – Yes. $6 per person. And $10 for couples. – $10? / – You use the same bath? Yes. I pick… Lavender. Chocolate? I like chocolate. – Then I pick mint. / – Mint. Sure. I’ll escort you three. – Thank you. / – Thank you. (Footbaths to relieve stress) So pretty. – Wow, you have that view? / – Yes. – Isn’t that nice? / – That’s really nice. – So warm. / – This is nice! So warm. I love that there’s a cafe like this. This already feels therapeutic. We walked so much that it felt really nice. I bet. Thanks, Tzuyu. No. (She can’t hide her smile) (Happy after being complimented) It smells? I thought she just ate some. Since she eats so much. Chaeyoung wouldn’t eat that. She was like, “Mm!” (Don’t eat it, it’s for your feet) I’m pouring mine in. Wow! The color looks so pretty! Wow! It’s purple! – So pretty. / – It’s so pretty. The purple… So pretty. Wow, the blue looks so pretty! They all have different colors. Wow, the color is pretty. – It’s like coffee. / – Yeah. It’s chocolate, but it smells a bit like coffee. (So fragrant) Should I take a photo? – That’s how you took 1,000 photos? / – Yes. That came out good. Tzuyu. Dahyun is good at taking photos. Great angle. (The younger girls are fine without the others) This is really therapeutic. Don’t your feet feel really clean? Right? I feel like they’re melting. It would be funny if a bunch of dirt floated up. Since it’s TWICE. Or the water gets cloudy. Or like scratch spots like this. – The other girls would like this too. / – Yeah. – Our feet get tired. / – Yeah. – Feet are important. / – We perform in heels. That makes our legs more swollen. This feels so nice on my legs. – This is nice. / – So nice. (They get to relieve their fatigue) (And relax together) Don’t you want to go abroad whenever you get free time? Yeah. But we have nice and therapeutic places like this in Korea. Everyone thinks about going abroad when it comes to traveling. But Korea has plenty of nice places like this. This is so nice. This is nice. – Nice! / – Nice!
