Fish Expo Faroes

350 exhibitors from all neighbouring fishery nations attend the Fish Expo Faroes Exhibition in Torshavn, Faroe Islands from 27 – 29 May . It is expected that the exhibition, the biggest of its kind in the North Atlantic,  will attract some  10,000 – 12,000 visitors. By focusing on innovation  Fish Expo Faroes aims at becoming the forum for a new way of thinking in the fishery business.  It is hoped that attendees will be inspired to meet the challenges of falling demand for landed catch, higher fuel prices and other obstacles owing to the present downturn in global markets.
